Each trail map sign is made out of 3/4″ red oak and is approximately 23″ wide by 11-1/4″ tall.
 
Due to the properties of natural wood, variations in color and woodgrain will occur, making each sign one-of-a-kind.

Currently three versions of the signs are available for Bristol Mountain, Holiday Valley and Stowe ski resorts.
 
Holiday Valley is a ski area in western NY south of Buffalo with almost 60 trails so it provides for a bunch of varied terrain. It’s only a couple hours from our house and, weather permitting, we try to make it there at least once a year for a long weekend. When my son was younger, we would take him out of school for a few days and stay at a hotel adjacent to the ski area. It provided truly ski in/ski out accommodations. I also think the fact that he was missing school made it an extra special experience and made us bad parents.
 
Bristol Mountain is a ski area in western NY that is about 25 minutes from my house. The convenience of a ski area so close cannot be understated and their snow making team is one of the best in the world often overcoming the challenges that mother nature throws at them. My son learned to ski here when he was very young and we have a lot of fond memories skiing at Bristol Mountain as a family.
 
I’ve never been on a ski trip to Stowe, VT but after making this sign for a customer, it’s on my list. Looks like they have a few long top-bottom cruising trails. At this point in life, those are perfect for me!
